Delete your account
Last updated: 11 April 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your JumpQ user account and what to expect. It supports transparency and app store requirements (Apple and Google expect a clear URL describing account deletion).
Product note: Self-serve account deletion inside the mobile apps may not be available yet. Until it ships, use the email process below. This page will be updated when in-app deletion is available.
Who this applies to
- Consumer app users (diners) with a JumpQ account.
- Vendor app users (stall operators) with a JumpQ account, unless your contract specifies a different closure process.
How to request deletion
Option A — Email (current)
- Send an email from the address associated with your JumpQ account to support@jumpq.aurorasoft.sg.
- Use the subject line:
JumpQ account deletion. - Include:
- The app you use (consumer or vendor).
- Your registered phone number or email (whichever you used to sign in).
- A brief confirmation that you want your account and associated personal data deleted, subject to legal retention exceptions below.
We may ask for a short verification step to protect your account from unauthorised deletion requests.
Option B — In the app (when available)
When released, you may find Settings → Account → Delete account (exact path may vary by app version). This section will be updated with step-by-step instructions.
What we delete
After verification, we will delete or anonymise personal data tied to your account where we no longer need it for:
- Providing the Services,
- Legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting obligations,
- Dispute resolution or enforcement of our terms.
Some information may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form that cannot reasonably identify you.
What may be retained
Depending on applicable law and our processors’ requirements, we may need to retain certain records for a limited time, including:
- Payment and invoice records required by tax or financial regulations (often via our payment processor).
- Security and fraud-prevention logs.
- Backups that roll off on a technical schedule.
Third-party accounts
If you signed in with a third-party identity provider, revoking access in that provider’s settings may not delete data we already hold. Use the email process above for a complete JumpQ-side request.
